Directions Guide for WGC APAC 2026 – Tokyo
We are looking forward to meeting you in Tokyo on January 27th. To help you find us and to navigate around we have put together this short guide.
Directions assume you are staying at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel so please use the addresses if you are staying elsewhere.

WGC APAC 27th January – Public Event at Tokyo Innovation Base
On 27th February, the WGC APAC public event will be held at the Tokyo Innovation Base
Address: 3 Chome-8-3 Marunouchi, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 100-0005, Japan
Walk from the Shinagawa Prince Hotel to Shinagawa Station (Takanawa Exit) – this will take about 2-3 minutes.
At Shinagawa Station you will be heading towards Yurakucho Station.
- Buy a ticket, enter JR (Japan Railways) ticket gates and follow signs for: JR Yamanote Line (Green Line) Direction: Tokyo / Ueno (northbound). Estimated travel time is 11 minutes, but do budget 15-20 minutes total to cover getting to the right platform and a short wait for the next train (trains come very frequently).
- Get off at Yurakucho Station, Exit D9. Tokyo Innovation Base is less than 1 minute walk.
- WGC APAC Registration is at Tokyo Innovation Base, Level 1 (Ground)
WGC APAC 28-28 Jan – Members Working Sessions
On January 28th and 29th, WBA are hosting the WBA Members-only Working Sessions at the TKP Garden City PREMIUM Shinagawa venue which resides in the Keikyu Daiichi Building.
Address: Postal code 108-0074 Keikyu Daiichi Building , 4-10-18 Takanawa, Minato-ku, Tokyo (3rd floor)
This is a short walk from the Shinagawa Prince Hotel (c. 5 mins)
From the Shinagawa Prince Hotel entrance, turn left and follow the sidewalk outside the hotel.
(2) If you wish to avoid going through the Wing Takanawa West Shopping Mall (which can be confusing), ignore the instructions on Google Maps and continue to the next junction and turn left on Zakuro-Zaka Street.
(3) You’ll see the Keikyu Daiichi Building on the left (see the picture)—this is where TKP Garden City PREMIUM Shinagawa is located.
(4) Enter the main entrance of Keikyu Daiichi Building and take the elevator to 3rd Floor.
