Having worked with major global operators and technology providers, he has helped drive advances in connectivity, roaming, and Wi-Fi service innovation. Today, Mark advises organisations across the wireless ecosystem on next-generation Wi-Fi services, user experience, interoperability, and emerging connectivity models.
