Biography:

Kathleen joined Omni Hotels & Resorts in February 2020 and is responsible for corporate and hotel infrastructure/networking/technologies, information security/governance, web/software development, and data/digital architecture. She has been instrumental in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve the overall Wi-Fi experience including enterprise-wide SD-WAN along with other corporate and property network enhancements. Prior to Omni, Kathleen served as Director Guest Facing Technologies at Hilton Corporate, Director HSIA Solutions and Sr. Consultant Strategic Solutions at Windstream Communications, and Director Information Technology at John Q. Hammons Hotels Management.

Kathleen received a Master of Business Administration in ITSM from Missouri State University; and a BS Information Systems Management, BS Business Administration, and AAS Business Studies from State University of New York Empire State College. Industry memberships include Hospitality Technology Next Generation and Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals.
