Biography:

Elton joined McDonald’s in 2012 as Director of Technology and Infrastructure, leading the Network Engineering and Operations Team. In this role, he oversaw all aspects of the planning, design and deployment of the global WAN network as well as various Corporate LAN/Wifi services. Elton is committed to providing an agile and reliable network for McDonald’s customers, restaurants, suppliers and corporate users.   In his current role as a Sr. Director in Global Technology, he has responsibilities in the areas of Global Networking, Planning and Alignment, and the Service Management Office.  Prior to joining the McDonald’s family, Elton worked in various engineering and networking roles including six years as a Global Systems Engineer for Cisco Systems. Over the course of his career, Elton’s experience afforded him the opportunity to gain expertise in data networking, collaboration, security, as well as strategic planning. Elton has an MBA in Strategic Management, as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering.
