Biography:

Doug Lodder leads the Carrier Services business unit at Boingo Wireless (NASDAQ: WIFI). In this role, he has end-to-end responsibility for Boingo’s DAS, Small Cells, Tower and Offload solutions, which generate more than half of the company’s revenue.

Lodder has more than a decade of experience leading telecommunications infrastructure businesses with a focus on large-scale, high growth organizations. Prior to Boingo, he was an early employee at Mobilitie where he was responsible for strategy and the acquisition and development of telecommunications assets. Mobilitie was acquired in 2012 for $1.1 billion. His career also included investment banking roles at Wedbush Securities.

Lodder holds an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and a BS from San Diego State University. He is a member of the CTA Wireless Board and sits on the board of the Multifamily Broadband Council.
