Biography:
David Hand is Director of Operations leading the ISP and distributed Wi-Fi division at Granite Communications and Security, where he oversees strategy and execution of large-scale connectivity programs across multifamily and senior living portfolios. He leads cross-functional delivery across deployment operations and project execution within a rapidly scaling business focused on residential network infrastructure.
His organization is on pace to deliver over 6,500 units in the first part of this year, with more than 15,000 additional units already slated for delivery across 2026 and 2027. His work has contributed to over $200M in asset value impact for ownership groups through enhanced connectivity infrastructure and resident experience outcomes.
He specializes in scaling standardized, portfolio-wide Wi-Fi and ISP deployment models for MDUs, aligning infrastructure strategy with long-term asset performance and operational efficiency.
