Biography:

Chris Elliott is the Managing Partner of Gaviota Partners, a boutique wireless and advanced broadband consulting group based in Santa Barbara, California. In his leadership capacity, Mr. Elliott is responsible for client engagement, strategy development and program execution on behalf of leading US commercial and residential developers, municipalities and professional services organizations focused on advanced broadband deployment.

Mr. Elliott has spent 25 years working at the intersection of wireless network deployments and strategic real estate having led acquisition and entitlement efforts on thousands of RAN, fiber, fixed wireless, IoT and large-scale public Wi-Fi initiatives. Today, Mr. Elliott serves as a strategic advisor to leading commercial portfolios and municipalities in the management and optimization of their assets toward advanced broadband adoption in the areas of policy, siting, carrier engagement, and community partnering. He is a previous Wireless Global Congress presenter and a past PCIA panelist on matters of municipal broadband deployment best practices.

Previously, Elliott has advised many of the leading US Tier I and Tier II wireless operators, leading public tower companies, Tier I US cities, fixed wireless operators and commercial building portfolio owners.

Mr. Elliott holds a BA in Political Science with an emphasis in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.
