Biography:
Chip LaCorte is Head of Distribution Strategy and Strategic Partnerships for the Revenue Management and Commercialization organization. His team is responsible for distribution strategy, including retail execution, portfolio management, and channel optimization, while also driving strategic partnerships, converged growth, and loyalty program development.
Chip LaCorte has built a career on leading high-performing teams to achieve extraordinary results. His ability to help people do their best work has led to a history of rapid career growth – from Retail Sales Consultant to the AVP for an entire national organization in under a decade. Until about two years ago, he served as AVP, Sales Execution for the National Distribution organization where he was responsible for planning and execution of the Authorized Retail, Commerce as a Service, Connected Communities, In-Home Experts, Mobile Events, National Retail and Neighborhood Direct Sales, Right to You and Strategic Initiatives channels, which provide white glove service for customers in exciting new venues while growing the business through gross add growth. In the last two years, Chip’s role has evolved from leading strategic growth initiatives to driving distribution monetization and execution within the Revenue Management and Commercialization organization, with recent additions of leading strategic partnerships and spearheading loyalty program and platform development.
He is known for his analytical thinking while driving an inspired and engaged culture. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from College of Charleston. LaCorte resides in Rockwall, Texas with his wife, Laney, and his two children, MaddieJames and Max. He enjoys golfing and spending time on the lake with his family.
