Biography:

Brian D. Jacks, CEO of WiConnect LLC, is an experienced telecom executive with a 30+ year history of leading organizations and launching successful companies and lines of business. Previously, Brian was VP of Corporate Development for Australian based BAI where he led the launch of BAI Canada in Toronto as interim CEO, was responsible for Wi-Fi business development and monetization for the Transit Wireless and BAI Canada subsidiaries and was involved in business expansion activities in North America.  Prior to his role at BAI, Brian provided leadership to a number of organizations at Crown Castle International (CCI) including President of Crown Castle Solutions, CCI’s first venture into small cells; President and Chairmen of the Board of two CCI and Verizon Wireless joint ventures; and VP of Corporate Development. Prior to CCI, Brian was the Executive Network Director for Bell Atlantic Mobile (Verizon Wireless) responsible for the cellular network in the greater New York City Metro area. Brian holds a M.S. in Technology Management from the University of Pennsylvania recognized by both the Engineering and Wharton Schools and matriculated from Drexel University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
