Hannah Greenberg

CEO, Eleven Software

Biography:

Hannah Greenberg is the CEO of Eleven, a global cloud-based Wi-Fi management platform serving leading hotel brands, carriers, and multi-family housing operators. Eleven powers more than 10 billion secure authentications annually across 30,000+ properties in over 140 countries, supporting brands including Hilton, Marriott, Accor, Wyndham, Sonesta, Minor, and Kempinski.

A hotelier by background, Hannah brings deep operational and ownership perspectives to hospitality technology. Her experience spans development, construction, asset management, operations, finance, and digital transformation, enabling her to bridge the gap between property-level execution and enterprise-scale strategy.

Prior to Eleven, Hannah founded Ven Capital Partners with a focused investment thesis on acquiring and scaling SaaS businesses within the hospitality ecosystem. She previously served eight years as Vice President of Development at Seaview Investors, overseeing more than $1 billion in hotel and multi-family development. Earlier in her career, she worked at PwC in the hotel real estate consulting practice, leading large-scale hospitality and strategy engagements.

Hannah earned her MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. She serves on the board of YPO Orange County, co-chairs the Vendor Subcommittee for AHLA HTNG’s Global Technology 100 (T100), is an adjunct faculty member at Haas, and mentors through the AHLA Foundation.
