Biography:

Tim Cowen is an equity partner at Preiskel & Co and is independently recognised as one of the leading telecoms and technology regulatory/competition lawyers in the EU. He leads the competition law team at Preiskel & Co where his practice covers a full range of technology and competition law matters. He specialises in complex transactions and second phase merger cases for either parties to transactions or third parties affected by transactions. He has also dealt with may abuse of dominance cases, including the Streetmap High Court claim for damages against Google.
