Agron Haxhimali

Biography:
Mr. Haxhimali is graduated on Biology & Chemistry at Nature Faculty, Tirana University, and has a Master’s Degree on Public Administration. He has more than 20 years working for Local Government and Association, an experience which started with becoming a Mayor and then member of local government council. Shifting to directing the local government association, Mr. Haxhimali is author of different studies and publication in the field of Local Government, and is engaged as expert on strategic planning, financial management, e- government, Local Economic Development and Decentralization, Communication, Territorial Administration.
In 2014 till now, Agron has been widely engaged in the Territorial Administrative Reform in Albania with preparing the first study on the reform and providing advise to relevant bodies in setting up new municipalities, with their internal organization, setting performance indicators, etc.
