The event will take place at the London Heathrow Marriott Hotel from Oct 29 – Nov 1, 2018. The event spans across 4 days; the 29th – 30th October are Working Sessions for WBA Members only and Oct 31 – Nov 1 is the Conference Programme which is open to all parties.

They Keynotes on the main stage during the plenary sessions on both mornings will capture the full audience of the Congress. The Conference Tracks will host around 100 delegates per Track who come from a background relevant to the subject of the Track. The Workshops will be more intimate with around 40-50 participants per Workshops.
Yes – we provide the option to attend the Exhibition at a very reduced rate which also enables you to arrange meetings and network with colleagues and potential customers. But you will miss out on the great learning opportunities and access that comes from the Plenary sessions, workshops and masterclasses.

The WBA is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, health issues, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations if occurring after May 15.
