They Keynotes on the main stage during the plenary sessions on both mornings will capture the full audience of the Congress. The Conference Tracks will host around 100 delegates per Track who come from a background relevant to the subject of the Track. The Workshops and Roundtables will be more intimate with around 50-75 attendees on average.
Yes – we provide the option to attend the Exhibition at a very reduced rate which also enables you to arrange meetings and network with colleagues and potential customers. But you will miss out on the great learning opportunities and access that comes from the Plenary sessions, workshops and master classes.

The Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the conference organisers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the conference, the registration and the attendance are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
It is the sole responsibility of the delegate to take care of his/her visa requirements. Delegates who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Delegates should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications.
Embassies and Consulates-general are independent decision-making agencies for visas. Though you, at very specific circumstances, may appeal against the rejection of a visa application; the Wireless Broadband Alliance cannot intervene on your behalf in case of a rejection or to speed up the procedure.
Delegate registration details will be shared with the immigration authorities if necessary to assist in the immigration process. However, the conference organisers and/or the Wireless Broadband Alliance will not contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
The registration fee minus a handling fee of USD 150, will be refunded after the conference if the visa was applied for in time and proof is shown that a visa could not be granted even though all requested documents were submitted. Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the Wireless Broadband Alliance at contactus@wballiance.,com, by email, no later than September 15, 2019, the date after which requests for such refunds cannot be taken into consideration.

All cancellations must be completed at www.regonline.com/wgcliverpool2016. Please ensure that you receive a confirmation email for the cancellation. The WBA is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, health issues, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations if occurring after May 15.
